CORONAVIRUS (COVID-19) STATEMENT

In this uncertain time, we at Oakmed just wanted to take a moment to assure the people who use our stoma products and the healthcare professionals who prescribe them that we remain fully functional with a strong supply chain. 

Stock

Our stock levels remain strong with more than enough product for all of our customers to fulfil their prescription with plenty of excess available should people wish to order additional supplies, which we would advise. 

We would also like to state that we do not anticipate having any problems with our stock levels or supply in the near future. However, we will continue to assess this closely and ensure that in the extremely unlikely event that we do start to run low that our customers are made aware and that we provide suitable alternatives. 

To reiterate, please order as normal, including any additional supplies you may require to feel secure.

Delivery

Again, delivery of our products is not an issue and we don’t foresee it becoming one. Our delivery system is fully operational and both patients and healthcare professionals can be assured that products will arrive as usual. 

If you use Goldcare delivery service to get your prescription, then you will receive your prescription as normal. In fact, using a service like Goldcare would be preferable as it limits the need to head out to pick up a prescription and aids in social distancing.
