How to insert your breastform

• Gently slide the pam of your hand underneath the breast form as it rests in the specially designed Form Shaper Tray.
• Locate the opening for the pocket of your mastectomy bra.
• Let the breast form slide off the palm into the mastectomy bra pocket.
• After inserting the breast form into the bra pcoket, gently rotate and move the breast form to the desired location.

How to remove and store your breast form

• Gently pull apart the opening of your mastectomy bra pocket
• Allow the breast form to slide from the pocket into your palm
• While cradling the breast form in your palm, gently let it slide into the plastic Form Shaper Tray

Tips for everyday use

• Avoid exposure to excessive heat and direct sunlight.
• Avoid using perfumes, powders or chemicals that may damage the soft film surrounding the breast form.
• Avoid sharp objects that may penetrate the skin of the breast form. Use special care near pets and jewellery.
• Use extreme caution with long finger nails to avoid accidental punctures of the fragile outer skin.
• Excessive squeezing, pulling, wringing or twisting may cause permanent damage to the breast form over time.
• Always wear the correct bra size. Underwire and smaller bras may cause damage over time.
• For greater protection, always store your breast form in the clear Form Shaper Tray that the breast form was stored in during shipment. For additional protection and prolonged breast form life, ask your dealer for information regarding fabric covers and storage cases.
